Due to expansion, our client has a unique opportunity for an ambitious Service Delivery Manager to join their growing and successful team within an award-winning technology-based company.
Job Purpose
The Service Delivery Manager will work alongside the Account Managers to develop customer relationships by focusing heavily on relationships to deliver an excellent customer experience. As Service Delivery Manager you will lead Operational Board meetings to push through strategic initiatives and prepare management information reports. Day to day responsibilities will include visiting customers on-site, scheduling and chairing meetings, data analysis and creation of reports required on a scheduled basis, implementing and maintaining action plans for process changes with the customer.

* Contributing to, devising and implementing strategies to improve performance and delivery of service
* Production and analysis of management information
* Understanding the customer and their goals and objectives
* Building and developing relationships with key operational customer stakeholders
* Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service
* Delivering a positive customer experience for all customers and users
Essential skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven experience in customer and relationship management
* Strong ability to empathise and understand a customer
* Good knowledge and understanding of customer experience
* Excellent communication and relationship skills
* Proven track record in driving and achieving results through identification of efficiencies and process improvements
* An understanding of the public sector
* Able to demonstrate a creative approach to problem solving
* Full clean driving license
Desirable Skills :
* Degree Educated
