OUr client is based In Olney and looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer focusedinvdividual to join their team.
The successful candidate must also be able to sometimes work in a pressurised environment and have a good telephone manner along with geographical knowledge of the UK.
It is essential to be PC literate and be a highly organised individual. Working hours for this position will be 9am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday based in our Olney office.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing schedules and organising the engineer's workload throughout the day
Keeping costs down by effective management of engineers
Resolve customer's issues via telephone
Ordering replacement stock for engineers, when requested, in a timely manner.
Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to engineers
Creating reports based on statistics and KPI's
Reporting issues to management.
General administrationWe are looking for someone with:
Previous Scheduling experience is essential
Strong sense of customer focus with excellent communication skills
Sense of urgency along with a 'can do' attitude
