Rate – £12.50ph – £14.50ph
Location – Milton Keynes
Duration – 6 months
Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor
To manage all incoming customer service and business queries
Process customer orders using Business systems including SAP
Processing customer credits and debits
Supporting finance team with invoices, credit claims and pricing
Providing support on company products
Managing a high volume of case loads
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have the following
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience using CRM systems , SAP
Flexible and willing to work additional hours
Proactive and empathetic approach to customers and resolving their problems
Organised and able to manage individual workflow
