Leading a small and dynamic team where the culture is unique. Your primary focus is to successfully ensure all projects are set up correctly, within budget too. Work closely with project management teams to ensure projects are allocated and the wider operations team is fully resourced and projects are completed on time.

A proactive, customer facing role, that involves extensive resourcing and the ability to engage throughout the business to ensure each campaign is running smoothly, within budget and is delivered on time. Contribute to to the reporting of KPI’s , stats, project status. Work with the Ops Manager to implement any changes, share creative ideas to review and deliver any business improvements.

Dedicated, take ownership of delivering as promised to the best of your ability. Good problem solving skills, able to remain calm under pressure, consistently looking for solutions. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
