Working 4 on 4 off days and nights, the role of a Secure Contact Centre Advisor can be challenging, especially when working with one of the most high-profile and respected brands in the UK. This is an inteesting and stimulating role, working with a close knit team that support one another. You will be managing your own time and workload and are trusted to do a great job in our fantastic operations centre.

This role is at the centre of our Securitas Solutions Strategy, this role ensures the operation of our Secure Contact Centre functions at all times within this customer focused, performance-based environment.
We always deliver a high level of customer focussed service to both internal and external customers in a timely manner.

Essential Skills
You may have a backgroundof working in a contact centre or in a security role. If you have experience of working with customers over the phone and have an interest in technology this is the role for you.
You should be confident, articulate , proficient in the use of technology and be able to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable Skills
An SIA security licence (we will support you to get this)
