Scheduling Team Coach
Temp to Perm
Salary: DOE up to £26,500
Job Purpose
The role requires an enthusiastic and motivated individual who possesses excellent communication skills and a sound knowledge of commercial debt recovery. The role will support the team manager with the delivery of training and identification of development needs, as well as being involved in process reviews, delivering training across the team, and dealing with complex investigations.
You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively.
Responsibilities
Act as the liaison for the Clients, Field Team and Suppliers
Ensure all work is loaded, scheduled and completed in the most effective and efficient way for the business and customer
Understand clearly the expectations of the customer to ensure service lines are adhered to
Support training and provide coaching to ensure services are delivered in line with customer expectations and company goals
Provide support in managing key relationships between Scheduling, Suppliers and Customers
Support the other departments in dealing with customer queries / escalations and complaints
Provide support to your colleagues with all customers through all stages of the process
Supporting the Team leaders with coaching, training and mentoring the new team members
Support with creating new process maps
Support with the induction, training and mentoring of new starters and staff on all systems used
Split of time 60:40 between working the work and coaching the team
Maintain regular weekly quality checks for the scheduling team via call listening and process quality checks that meet contractual requirements and customer expectations.
Assist with the team's productivity stats
Produce and update procedural documentation to support new and amended services PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Self-motivated and focused
Good problem-solving skills, able to grasp problems quickly and draw informed conclusions
Anticipate issues and be pro-active in dealing with them
Can manage own time to meet daily requirements
Flexible, willing and able to cope with change with the ability to work under pressure
