Scheduling Coordinator

We are recruiting for a Scheduling Coordinator to join an innovative and ever growing company based in Milton Keynes.
Job Responsibilities:
* Ensuring all work is completed within customer SLA’s
* Maintaining trackers
* Reporting and being able to respond back to customers with progress updates
* Root cause analysis with projects, ability to identify trends
* Supporting with a busy mailbox
* Dealing with escalations and portal fall out
* Scheduling and securing slots for future work
* De-appointment report – cancelling appointments no longer needed
* Building close working relationships with other teams
* Producing and updating procedural documentation to support new and amended services
* Documenting and assisting in the resolution of customer complaints
* Supporting with external calls / meetings to customers
Skills and experience:
* Good level of written and spoken English
* Good level of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word, etc)
* A high level of computer and system literacy (able to use multiple systems to complete a process)
* Previous customer service experience / experience in a contact centre
* Ideally experience making outbound calls or handling calls
* Experience of working within a target-based environment
