Are you a detail orientated Sales or Customer Service professional with experience in using a CRM system? Due to internal growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join a leading lighting manufacturer. This is a full-time permanent role based in Milton Keynes, Bletchley working Monday -Friday 9am-5pm on a salary of £20-24,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
 
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will work as part of the Customer Support team and liaise closely with External Sales to develop and grow opportunities for new and existing business customers. As Sales Support, you will contact new and existing customer accounts, generating new leads and potential sales opportunities. You will receive full training on how the business operates, the sales cycle as well as the products and manufacturing process so you are able to provide a tailored and first-class service to clients.
 
We are keen to speak with applicants who come from a sales or customer service background with excellent communication skills both verbal and written, an eye for detail, along with the ability to handle pressure. Good IT skills are required along with any experience in using a CRM (beneficial).
