We have an opportunity for a Sales Order Processor. Our ideal person will have a combination of administration and customer service experience to ensure the smooth processing of orders and providing support during the customer journey.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Respond to customer queries by telephone and email
Process customer orders, ensuring accurate data input and timely delivery
Maintain product knowledge to identify issues and opportunities,
To raise any stock issues and liaise internally with other departments and the customer
To support the Account Executives and Managers when required
To raise collection orders as and when required for the return of goods from the customer.
Keep the CRM system up to date and accurate
Support colleagues where required
We are looking for someone with:
Passionate about customer service
Accurate order processing skills
Proven customer service skills
Problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn technical product knowledge
Flexible approach
Good team working skills
Knowledge of Microsoft systems and NAV Dynamics (or similar)
