Sales Negotiator – Estate Agent

Full Time: Monday to Friday, flexibility to work on Saturdays (not every weekend)

Locations: Milton Keynes, Bedford & Dunstable

Salary: £16,000 – £24,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £25,000 – £30,000

Gi Group are recruiting for experience Sales Negotiators to join our clients based in and around Milton Keynes, Bedford and Dunstable. A benefit for applicants would be to have previous Estate Agent experience.

Key requirements:
– Qualifying Leads
– Booking & conducting viewings
– Booking mortgage appointments
– Liaising with solicitors
– Seeing sales process through from start to end
– Able to manage property chains
– Building lasting relationships with vendors and applicants
– Touting properties on the market

Experience Required:
– Knowledge in Sales/ Lettings
– Hold a proven track record of hitting company KPIs
– Be a self-starter
– Bold enough to prove sales ability
– Able to hold a human conversation
– Able to build rapport with clients and customers
– Want to earn as much money as possible
– Hungry to be the best
