Sales & Customer Service Executive
Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 base, plus uncapped commission. OTE £25,000 – £30,000
Hours: Full Time
Holiday: 26 days, increasing 1 day per year up to 5 days.
Waste King Group is a specialist waste collections company established for over 12 years. We operate a variety of businesses within the waste management industry from skip hire on a nationwide scale, to commercial hazardous waste solutions. Due to rapid growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our thriving Sales team.
As the Sales & Customer Service Executive your primary objective will be to drive sales within an existing account base. You will be targeted on developing new accounts and pushing their growth within the business; as well as building relationships with our existing account customers to identify opportunities for increased revenue.
Other responsibilities include:
* Delivering excellent customer service to achieve sales success.
* Dealing with incoming telephone and online leads and converting into bookings.
* Closing sales and directing clients through the booking process.
* Identifying opportunities for further sales of other Waste King services.
* Liaising with truck teams and helping to manage their schedules to increase performance.
Once established within the role and having demonstrated the ability to effectively close sales and build accounts, you will be offered the opportunity to become purely focused on account management and continued business development to increase turnover exponentially; as well as creating a pipeline to nurture and convert through excellent relationship building.
To be successful in this role you must have experience of inbound and outbound sales, excellent negotiation skills and enjoy working to daily, weekly and monthly targets. Excellent relationship building skills are also a must. You will need to be highly organised, have a creative approach to problem solving and be hungry to succeed
