The opportunity for a Sales Customer Consultant will consist of engaging with our current customers, clients via telephone, email to discuss their current & future needs while ensuring the services provided to them have been to the highest standards, ensure all administration is completed and all details are correct via our clients CRM platform.

The role will require collaborative work with other stakeholders within the business confirming scheduled works with with our operations department.

The Sales Customer Consultant will ensure they deliver the very best level of customer service at all times along with developing current relationships and working partnerships.
