Salary: £12.50 – £13.50
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: 12 month contract
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:30 – 5:00pm.

As the Russian Speaking Customer Service Executive your role will involve the following important duties:

Responsible for ensuring that our customers enjoy the full benefit of their contractual services and want to maintain and grow their business with the company. 
Create usage reports – gathering data from multiple tools and systems and presenting in a standard spreadsheet format.
Analyse reports to identify issues and creating summaries.
Entering orders in SAP.
Managing the initial provision of spare parts and the ongoing availability of those parts.
Creating customer-facing documents used in the contract renewal process. 
The experience required…

As a successful Russian Speaking Customer Service Executive, you will have the following:

Native Russian to be used at a business level.
Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
Confident with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams. 
Can interpret information from reporting tools such as Microsoft PowerBI.
Excellent communication skills. 

This role would suit a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Support, Customer Service Administrator.
