Are you looking for an office-based customer service role, but have limited experience? If you have a passion for great Customer Service and solid administrative skills then we could have just the job for you! We need someone keen and eager to learn for this temporary role which has potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities as the Customer Service Advisor will include but are not limited to:
Receiving incoming calls
Assisting with customer queries
Updating database and systems
Processing returnjs
Data inputting
Internal communication with other departments
We are looking for someone with:
Good attention to detail
Clear and concise verbal and written communication
Computer skills
One team approach
Reliable with good time keeping
Passionate and eager to learn
