I am currently on the hunt for an outgoing and talented communicator who is searching for a new role within an established and multi award winning business, to join us as a Resourcer.

Your role as a Resourcer

* You will be working as a key part of our Gas Team based in our Aylesbury office

* Your role will be to identify potential Gas Engineers to work for us

* You will have access to all relevant job boards and specialist industry registers to enable you to pre-qualify engineers that fit our requirements

* You will ensure that all key information is added to our database

Skills and Attributes of a Resourcer

* A professional telephone manner

* Proficient in the use of basic office systems and happy to learn new processes

* Thrives on working in a target driven role

* A self-starter who can manage work using their own initiative
