We are a friendly, hard working and (very) successful technology recruitment business based in Milton Keynes. Due to our ongoing success we want to hire a Candidate Care Consultant.
What will I be doing?
Your role will be to work closely with the team to ensure that all of our candidates get a great level of service. This might include, to research and identify potential candidates for our client vacancies, book interviews and debrief with candidates and arrange follow up meetings. Beyond this you will be responsible for proof reading / writing job adverts, uploading them to the appropriate job boards and making sure that our internal software system / CRM is up to date. You could be involved in database cleansing, uploading documents to the database, answering/making phone calls, data entry and supporting colleagues with adhoc admin duties.
Once you settle into the role, you will also be answering calls and questions from both clients and candidates interested in applying for the roles you advertise as well as screening CV’s.

Salary: £20,000 – 23,000 (pro rata’d for part time work)
Benefits: Generous holiday entitlement of 23 days rising up to 25 + bank holidays, pension scheme and opportunity to earn Commission.
Experience
A minimum of 1 years in an administrator role.
Able to use Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent telephone manner
Flexible and organised
