Quality Personnel are recruiting a long-term temporary Receptionist for their client based in Milton Keynes within a contact centre.
Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm with 1 hour lunch.
You will be working as a Receptionist within an automotive contact centre.
Main Duties:
Answering and correctly channelling all telephone calls across the business
Relaying messages in timely manner
Checking MOT and service dates are correct using the relevant system
Maintaining and updating database to ensure accuracy of records (e.g. returned mail)
Recording and monitoring Service and MOT reminder letters on a daily basis
Collecting outgoing post, franking and bagging for external mail collection.
Responsibility for handling customer data in line with GDPR
Working with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide a seamless service to customers
Ad-hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business
Ensure industry leading standards of customer care are provided at all times, across the dealership
To be considered:
– Previous reception / switchboard / contact centre / customer service experience
– Clear communication skills
– Abilty to take a clear message
– Happy to muck-in when it's busy
