Quality Personnel are recruiting a long-term temporary Receptionist for their client based in Milton Keynes.
You will be working as a Receptionist within an automotive contact centre.
Main Duties:
* Answering and correctly channelling all telephone calls across the business
* Relaying messages in timely manner
* Checking MOT and service dates are correct using the relevant system
* Maintaining and updating database to ensure accuracy of records (e.g. returned mail)
* Recording and monitoring Service and MOT reminder letters on a daily basis
* Collecting outgoing post, franking and bagging for external mail collection.
* Responsibility for handling customer data in line with GDPR
* Working with colleagues and other teams across the Centre to provide a seamless service to customers
* Ad-hoc duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business
* Ensure industry leading standards of customer care are provided at all times, across the dealership
Working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am until 6pm with 1 hour for lunch, Free Parking, £9.50 per hour, ongoing temporary.
To be considered:
– Previous reception / switchboard / contact centre / customer service experience
– Clear communication skills
– Abilty to take a clear message
– Happy to muck-in when it's busy
