Major Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional receptionist/ guest experience host/ Client service assistant that has a proactive can do attitude and can resolve queries promptly.

Person Specification
We are seeking an outgoing customer focused individual to run our Reception and iLounge Area which is the central hub of the building and offers an exciting environment in which to meet, work, connect and relax. The successful candidate will, first and foremost, be an exceptional communicator who enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life in a professional but relaxed manner.
Main Responsibilities
Day to Day Running of Reception and the iLounge, including meeting and greeting of visitors and contractors
Ensuring that the iLounge, café and seating areas are immaculate at all times
Post Handling and Couriers
Hot Desk Bookings
Meeting Room Bookings
Managing our Mailing Address and Membership clients
Arranging Business Lunches and other Refreshments
Administrative Support to the General Manager, including inputting data onto the accounts system and month end procedures
Liaison with sub-contractors on planned and reactive maintenance issues
Health and Safety responsibilities (under guidance of General Manager)
Organising and running networking events in conjunction with the General Manager
Any other tasks required in the running of the business centre
