This is an exciting role as a Quality Assurance Specialist to work onsite in Milton Keynes/
The Quality Assurance Specialist role involves:

Being responsible for creating & maintaining the Client Assurance framework
Meeting the client to understand the framework needed, rolling it out & regular reviews
Ensuring the operations team understand the compliance needed
Introducing processes for the Operations teams to ensure compliance is met
Supporting with the overview of the validation of controls
Strong communication skills are needed to be successful in this Quality Assurance Specialist role as you will be dealing with internal & external stakeholders
Working closely with the Risk & Compliance Manager
To be successful in this Quality Assurance Specialist role we are looking for

Client engagements
Risk & controls framework experience
To be able to drive change
Strategic Critical and Analytical Thinking
Desirable to have a Bachelor's Degree – Major in Business, Criminal Justice or MIS but others considered or qualified by experience
