Are you a Purchase Ledger Assistant, with at least three years’ solid experience, that’s now seeking a new position and ideally with a recognised, award winning, employer in the Milton Keynes area, one that offers an enviable working environment, competitive salary and broad accompanying benefits package?
This established and highly successful medium sized business with operations throughout the UK, now wishes to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant to their existing team.
Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, your role as Purchase Ledger Assistant will focus on processing supplier invoices, expense claims and supplier payment runs, along with a range of other duties where necessary.
* Processing all supplier invoices, petty cash claims, expenses and company credit cards
* Supplier payment runs
* Assisting with month-end procedures
* Expenditure coding and scanning
* Maintaining relevant schedules, such as mileage and PSA spreadsheets.
* Investigating any negative supplier balances and obtaining additional documentation or refunds where required
With good interpersonal and all round communication skills, both written and verbal, you’ll be a Purchase Ledger Assistant that possess a strong all round accounts clerical background, along with excellent numeracy and good demonstrable MS Office experience, including Excel.
In return, you'll receive a basic starting salary of £22,000 per annum, along with a range of other attractive benefits that include;
