Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a German speaking Customer Service Advisor on a part time basis based in Milton Keynes for a prestigious company to cover maternity leave until June 2022 initially.

As the German speaking Customer Service Advisor your role will involve the following important duties:

Receiving phone calls and taking customer orders
Taking ownership and resolving queries
Translation and proof reading as required
The experience required…

As a successful German speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will have the following:

Fluent in written and verbal German and English
Previous customer service experience including complaint handling
Strong customer service ethic
Ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as part of a team
Own laptop so that you can work from home initially

Salary: competitive
Location: – Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: maternity leave until June 2022 initially, Part time
Hours – 25 hours per week Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 5.00pm, will consider 4 days but you will need to work 5 days to cover holidays
