Our client, an engineering-based subcontractor, is looking for a Projects Co-Ordinator to join their team in Aylesbury on a temporary basis, with a permanent contract being offered to the right candidate.
The Role:
* To manage customer enquiries, resolving any complaints when required.
* To maintain customer record Information.
* To schedule meetings with other departments to discuss jobs.
* To liaise job scheduling with relevant personnel.
* To manage and plan ongoing jobs.
* To produce quotes and reports.
* To ensure accurate pricing and invoicing procedure.
* To work in accordance to Quality Assurance policy and procedures.
The Requirements:
* Microsoft proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Organisational skills
* Strong communication skills via email and phone
* Ability to work well in a team
* Technical data background preferred
* An understanding of engineering is advantageous
The Reward:
* Full training provided
* £25,000 per annum (pro rated while in initial temporary period)
* 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays increasing to 23 after year 1
