This organisation is experiencing huge growth within the UK. With the business getting busier and busier an exciting new role for a personal assistant has been created on a permanent basis.

THE ROLE OF A PERSONAL ASSISTANT:

Within the role, you will be working very closely with the managing director. Being Russian himself, he is looking for someone who is also able to speak Russian, as well as English so nothing is lost in translation!

Responsibilities will include:

Scheduling and organising meetings

Short notice tasks such as booking flights / hotels

Diary management

Telephone answering and taking messages as appropriate

Assisting the wider office team with general admin if required

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A PERSONAL ASSISTANT:

Office based experienced

Accurate with attention to detail

Ability to work without supervision

Adaptable and able to prioritise workload

Flexible approach to workload demands

Fluent in Russian and English
