Part-time Customer Service Advisor – Immediate start

Location: Kingston, Milton Keynes
Hours: 10.00 – 14.00 / 11.00 – 15.00
Temp to Perm
Pay Rate £9.24 per hour We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our established client in a part-time position with their busy team in Milton Keynes. If you have previous experience in a customer service role and you're passionate about providing a great customer experience then we'd love to talk to you!
 
The successful candidate for this Customer Service Advisor role will be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent levels of customer service
The ability to handle large amounts of inbound calls 
Previous office-based customer service experience
Good attention to detail
A real can-do attitude and the ability to try to resolve a call first-time round
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, to deal with telephone and email enquiries  Whilst you must have previous experience in a customer service role, you do not need experience in a call-centre environment as full training will be provided.
