I am recruiting for an outbound customer service opportunity which suits someone who has touched on sales before and enjoys being proactive and speaking to people. Initially a temporary role, but it will become permanent at a salary of £19,000.

If you have telephone experience, and have touched on sales within your previous roles, then this is the right role for you.

The Role

Making outbound calls, proactively contacting your customers asking them if they require a delivery or service.
Take inbound calls, booking in jobs
Dealing with any customer queries
Administrative tasks
Manage the databaseThe Candidate

Innovative and forward thinkingThe working hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
