This role is instrumental for delivery of operational excellence in our UK Securitas Operations Centre. Responsible for delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. Achieving your business objectives through operating efficiently and expanding the portfolio of services being delivered.
You will be leading a team of Call Handlers through your management team, managing performance of the Operations Centre through data, feedback and service levels.
Growing the provision through acquiring new customers expanding existing contracts and minimising contract reductions and losses.
How you will make an impact as a Security Operations Centre Manager:
The primary aim of this role will be to provide leadership and management.
The Operations Centre Manager will be responsible for the management of information and intelligence feeds for crime prevention purposes.
You will process incoming data and create intelligence products for dissemination for various stakeholders and produce regular reports.
Developing the Securitas Operations Centre service provision for customers and constantly improving and building on the service provision.
Providing excellent service to internal customers, analysing performance and reporting back to the areas to improve the overall company performance.
Ensuring adequate and appropriate training, advice and support is provided to make the team successful.

Essential Skills
What you will bring to be an Operations Centre Manager:
A strong background having worked in control rooms for busy and a complex business.
Highly PC Literate.
SIA Licences (SIA & CCTV).
Great leadership and people management skills.
You will have previous experience of managing third party supplier relationships.
Exceptional relationship building skills.
Operational focus and excellence.
Experience of creating a client centric culture across a large team.
A thorough understanding of the security industry and associated British Standards which will enable you to deliver compliance throughout the portfolio.About Company
