As the Order administrator your role will involve the following important duties:

Deal with customer orders and  inputting 
Investigate customer queries and complaints
Develop relationships with key customers
Analyse order patterns and process flows making recommendations and changes
Ensure service invoice requests are processed.
Liaising with engineers to confirm completion of service work

As a successful Order Administrator, you will have the following:

Good verbal and written communication.
 Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
 Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
 Good problem-solving skills.
 Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £20,000 -£23000 

Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 9am -5pm Monday – Friday
