Reporting:
Order Operators report to Team Manager
The Role
Accountable for the following deliverables:
Accurate data entry to meet the required quality and productivity standards
Responding to lease companies’ communications via email
Resolving order queries and customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Providing a high level of customer service
Able to prioritise and manage own time to meet service requirements
Operational Coverage:
Monday -Saturday 8am-8pm (excluding bank holiday) – according to business needs
Quality Standards:
To adhere to best practice, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy is achieved
Ensure customer interactions meet the required standard as defined by the quality assurance framework.
Achieve all KPI's as defined by the project service level or as directed by a manager.
Process Management:
Comply with all polices, processes and procedures
Provide feedback to the Team Manager where any issues or potential improvements are identified with polices, processes and procedures.
Compliance:
Comply with GDPR
Following correct company complaints procedures
Treating customers fairly always.
Information Security:
Annual Completion of information security e-learning that certifies understanding and compliance with ROI's information security policies
Protecting information assets from unauthorised access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference.
Adhering to information classification and handling rules.
Awareness of all access controls both physical and logical.
Complying with incident reporting responsibilites
Accepting that not complying with ROI's information security policies may be considered a serious misdemeanour that could results in dismissal.
Skills/ Person Specifications
Essential:
Experience of high-volume data entry with high level of accuracy
Excellent attention to detail
Competent PC user including CRM systems and Microsoft office programs i.e, outlook, word and Excel.
Excellent command of English + one additional language of the following (Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, Finnish, German, Swedish, French – according to business needs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to remain professional, calm and polite when under pressure
Energetic, ale to remain positive and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Self-sufficient and able to work with minimal supervision
Is proactive and able to work to deadlines
Customer service orientated
Works well with a team environment
Has excellent awareness of GDRP & compliance
Desireable:
Previous experience in Customer service
Experience in data entry/order processing would be beneficial
