Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for a skilled multilingual Customer Service professional to join their team on an ongoing, temporary basis. This position will be office-based and the successful person must be fluent in English and all of the following languages:
French
Spanish
Italian
Position: Multilingual Customer Service Executive
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: £9 per hour
The job will involve…
Dealing with enquiries from customers via phone and email
Working as a team to ensure a first class customer service experience is had by all customers
Building rapport with customers
Keeping internal systems up to date
Administrative duties as required
The Person will…
Have experienced working within customer service (required)
Be fluent in English, French, Spanish and Italian (required)
Be able to communicate effectively in order to build rapport, show empathy and understand customer queries
Be able to prioritise their work in an ever changing environment
Take a flexible approach to their work
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Enjoy interaction with customers
Have experience using Salesforce (desirable)
