CCA Recruitiment are delighted to be partnering with our client on this fantastic role! They are looking for an experienced contact centre MI Manager, to lead the MI and Analysis team while supporting their business. Based remotely and then Milton Keynes post COVID.

This is an exciting opportunity for an MI Manager who wants to be 'hands on' with the data, whilst leading a team and playing a key role in the development of business insight and reporting.
Role & responsibilities:
Working with a variety of large data sets from different sources, complete analysis and provide in-depth insight in to the customers, operational performance and brand perception
You will need to be a strong communicator and excellent story tellers, explaining the 'what' and the 'why' and breaking down complex data and insights for stakeholders across the business
Ability to turn complex data in to powerful insights
Target and segment selections and response strategies
Complex, statistical customer and marketing data modelling
Collating and mining large datasets
Forecasting analysis – looking at customer response rate and sales
Profitability analysis
Analysis of the full customer journey- including online and digital interactions
Driving and supporting digital transformation of the businessSkills & experience:
Data modelling – complex data sets
Advanced user of SQL /SSRS
Team management experience
Strong commercial knowledge
Professional reporting delivery
Ability to manage and deliver timelines within large projects
Extraction of data
