My client is a well-respected manufacturer of high value capital equipment, and is a successful and rapidly expanding supplier of Laboratory Diagnostics Instrumentation.

The Role – Medical Field Service Engineer, Laboratory Diagnostics

Following expansion, they seek to recruit a customer focused and technically motivated Medical Field Service Engineer, responsible for the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of their full range of Medical Laboratory Diagnostics Systems, based at customer sites throughout the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and North & East London areas.

The successful applicant will ensure that a complete portfolio of equipment is maintained, repaired and available for use, including pathology analysers and clinical diagnostics equipment.

Your Background – Medical Field Service Engineer, Laboratory Diagnostics

To be considered for this exciting role, you must be able to demonstrate a background in the service and repair of high value Electrical-Mechanical or Electronic capital equipment.

Applications are welcome from Field Service Engineers from a wide range of sectors and industries, including medical device and laboratory device, as well as ex Armed Forces Engineers (RAF, REME or Navy), seeking the opportunity to break into the medical and laboratory equipment sectors.

You must have impeccable customer service skills and have the ability to remain confident in customer facing environments.
