Loyalty & Retention Advisor

Temporary – 6 Month Contract

£11.00 per hour plus holiday pay

My multi-award winning client is looking to recruit a Loyalty & Retention Advisor to join their Telemarketing department. You will become a crucial part of the loyalty & retention process, making outbound calls to existing customers to arrange appointments at their dealership network. This appointment could eventually lead to sale.

The role

Make scripted outbound calls to customers with a view to convert them into an appointment the Dealerships.
Accurately record all queries and action points on the CRM system and the customer intentions portal
Adhere at all times to the Data Protection Act, and Consumer Credit Act
Prioritise and organise work to make outbound calls
You will be required to make between 70 to 100 outbound calls per day.Previous Experience Required

Contact centre experience
Experience within a customer facing environment.
Understand the importance of customer experience.
Customer service experience, ideally in a Prestige, Retail environment.
Able to operate efficiently in a high volume, high tempo business area.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Good level of numeracy, literacy and administration skills.
Good organisational skills.
