This role is supporting the company's internal systems, helping with any problems, queries, and enhancements to the systems that employees may have. You will be helping to resolve the problem or work with developers to fix it.

Day to Day:

Troubleshooting and resolving issues
Provide data requests
Communicate between the user and internal teams
Identify root causes
Build and maintain relationships
Liaise with external service providers

To be successful in this role:

Experienced and comfortable with MS Office, especially Excel at an advanced level
Confidence to challenge requirements is essential
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good mathematical abilities
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiasm for working with large, complex data sets
