Quality Personnel are recruiting for their client in Milton Keynes for an energetic, conscientious person who interacts well with other people to join their Internal Sales Team.

The role of Internal Sales Executive includes the potential to grow with the company with a genuine opportunity to build your own career.

Working in the Sales department means working closely with customers on the phone, via email and face to face, and maximising sales opportunities.

So, they are looking for someone with initiative, determination and self-motivation who enjoys dealing with people and understands the nature of working within a team.

You will need to have previous customer service or sales experience.

You'll be making warm calls / follow up calls and handling mostly incoming calls

With access to a database of companies who have previously been customers and it may be that you'll be reminding those people of your services.

This role will involve you promoting, selling and advising customers on compatible products and services and negotiate prices (which enable you to help the branch meet its KPI).

You'll need to be confident liasing with existing and new customers and ensure accuracy of orders and push forward with outstanding orders, something that requires persistence and attention to detail.

Create and maintain relationships so you need to enjoy dealing with people and be confident that you can make a good impression.

Take charge of your personal development and contribute to the evaluation of performance in line with core competencies and learning and development framework.
