An experienced and reliable internal sales and customer service person is required to assist in the European sales office. Responsible for liaising with European Customers and internal departments in the UK and USA, to ensure efficient transition from initial contact to product delivery.
Dealing with quotations and pricing, confident with figures and currency conversions. Proactive to follow up quotes, samples. Accurate order entry and provide logistics/delivery support.
Positive, confident and organised person, with an analytical and a detailed approach to your work. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with customers both internal and external.
