Job Description
Your main role will be answer incoming calls, Email or Live chats from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
* answer calls and respond to emails
* handle customer inquiries both over the phone and by email
* research required information using available resources
* manage and resolve customer complaints
* provide customers with product and service information
* enter new customer information into system
* update existing customer information
* process orders, forms and applications
* identify and escalate priority issues
* route calls to appropriate resource
* follow up customer calls where necessary
* document all call information according to standard operating procedures
* complete call logs
* produce call reports
Education and Experience
Must be able to speak and writing English,
No experience necessary, you will begiven in depth training.
This job is fuly remote but does include 5 weeks training. This is also remote.

This role is not an immediate start –
We are currently recruiting ready for the set of training which is due to start date in April. The Date is to be confirmed.
We are an agency suppling staff to Arise, the role is classed as temporary – You must work at least 20 hours a week but can work up to 58 hours per week.
You must work at least 4 hours between Saturday-Monday.
You will be expected to attend up to 5 weeks of training – If you miss any days, you will be removed and unable to carry on with us for 6 months minimum.
You must be able to create a WIRED internet connection – This can be done via a Wi-Fi extender or with an ethernet cable directly into your router.
You must have a suitable laptop or computer – We do have equipment but we are unable to guaranteed that we can supply everyone who needs it. SO, it's best to make sure you have a backup plan.
You must have a private workspace with no background noise or distractions
