Duties;

* Professional approach to customer service

* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone, E-mail, SMS and chat

* Building a customer rapport

* Maintain detailed knowledge of company’s/ clients products and services

Skills;

* Experience in telephone environment answering calls

* Positive approach to learning

* Excellent communication skills

* Flexible and reliable

* Self-motivated
