HR Administrator
We’re looking for an exceptional HR Admin professional to offer administrative support to our clients in-house HR/Recruitment team on a permanent full-time basis.
Based on-site at one of the UK’s leading outsourcing call centres, we are looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for people, you’ll need to be a strong team player who is willing to lend a hand wherever needed and deliver service with a smile!
Our ideal candidate will have a strong HR Admin background and someone who is looking to join a company that will continue to develop their HR career.
What you'll do:
Your duties will include all transactional HR activities, including data upkeep, maintenance of employee details, employee lifecycle changes, and the production of monthly employee information reports to support the HR Advisor and HR Manager across a variety of HR and Employee Lifecycle areas. You will also be responsible for auditing the ER system and check all appropriate documentation is there.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, positive, hardworking, enthusiastic, engaging, confident, switched on, hands-on, forward-thinking, happy to have a go, and comfortable asking questions.
You’ll have previous office experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in an HR environment with superb attention to detail and accuracy. You'll be reliable and discrete and have the ability to handle sensitive and personal information professionally and confidentially.
Requirements:
Applicants must have a HR Admin background.
We may also consider someone who is currently undertaking HR qualifications.
