Wild are working with a fantastic employer placed in Milton Keynes working within customer Service. This company offer a great working environment and many opportunities. Monday – Friday, hours between 7am-7pm.
Role
As a Helpdesk Specialist you will contributing towards maintaining the company's reputation for providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Deliver technical and ethics helpline service
Support with complaints
Respond to queries over telephone, email, web chat
Support the application process
Promote online services
Help the delivery of projects
Protect user data
General admin
Experience
Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role
Experience within a similar role
Good IT skills
Organisational, planning and administrative skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Experience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media
Previously used a CRM system
