This is a really exciting role where you will make some big changes which will make a massive impact. Working for a local business in the manufacturing and production industry you will lead and implement a robust customer service strategy which is efficient but also maintains a culture of care and quality.
You will make some real changes and transform the customer service department and how they interact with their customers and the wider business. You will help to grow the reputation of their brand, whilst also ensuring the customer service team are delivering a fantastic service and can achieve set KPI’s and SLA’s. You will be hands on in developing and implementing warranty guidelines, whilst also managing a team of 7 office based staff and a small team of field based engineers.
Location: Rushden (commutable from Milton Keynes, Northampton, Kettering, Bedford and Wellingborough)
Salary: £60k
Benefits: 22 days annual leave, pension scheme, share of the profits etc.
