As the Head of Customer Experience at this business, you will get that exact opportunity and lead it from the front.
Key Responsibilities
End to end ownership of the customer experience journey. You will devise, design and deliver a new strategy to enable the business to expand and grow the business further.
People management of a team of around 30 customer service staff including 4 team leaders and managers. You will lead the team to strive for more and to achieve the business SLA's.
Lead employee engagement programmes focussed on learning and development, enabling individuals to excel.
Continuously improve overall operational efficiency and keep up to date with technology changes to enable this. We would love to hear from you if you are, or have operated as Senior/Head of in a Customer Experience or Service role. Ideally, you should have led change and transformation and have a proven track record in delivering service improvements within your career.
The business has been established for over 10 years and is a technology services provider to a range of industries. It operates from a head office in Bedfordshire, however, operates remotely. For the time being, you will be home-based with occasional travel into the office.
Long term you should expect to be on-site 2 days a week.
