Our client is a highly respected social housing organisation based in Buckinghamshire and they are currently recruiting for a new position within the organisation for a Governance Coordinator.
The role is a permanent position, part time 28 hours per week and it is a mixture of working home and regular visits to the office.
Please find below duties associated with the role.
– Undertake a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties for the Assistant Director Corporate & Company Secretary to include the following in conjunction with the EPA to EDF&R
– Work very closely with the Company Secretary (who is also the Assistant Director, Corporate
– Exposure to high level projects, Executive Management Team, Board members, Board and Committee papers, sensitive strategic information
– Close working relationship with the Executive Personal Assistant of Finance & Resources and the Executive Assistant to the CEO
– Arrange meetings, including invitations to virtual meetings, booking venues, arranging catering, as required and to prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
– Undertake project work on behalf of the Assistant Director including the collecting, analysis and interpretation of information
To be considered for the position you must have experience of working in a Governance / Company Secretarial function, high level administration skills, highly organised and knowledge of how Governance works within a company
