Working with banks around the world to prevent fraud and protect customers, our client has gone through a period of growth recently. They have expanded their German speaking team that is supporting customers of a German bank with inbound queries and are looking for a fluent German speaking team leader to manage a team of German speaking call centre agents.

You will be responsible for:

– Day to day running of the team

– Your team meeting service level agreements

– Monitoring for call quality and other metrics

– Creating reports, for senior managers and customers

– Interviewing and recruitment of new team members

– Bringing in new ideas for processes to improve operations

We would love for you to apply if you have:

– Fluent German and English language skills

– Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing teams

– Previous exposure to management in a contact centre environment

– Call centre experience

Due to the sensitive nature of the business, unfortunately this role is not able to offer remote working. They have however made lots of changes internally to make the offices "covid secure" – from protective screening, one-way systems and temperature cameras.

The office is in a very pleasant location overlooking lakes and woods on the southern edge of Milton Keynes. It is very close to the A5 with good access to the M1 with ample on-site secure parking.
