Our client, a market leader in the Health industry, are currently looking to recruit a German Speaker with experience managing staff in a Team Leader capacity within a call centre or similar environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about coaching and developing their staff, and able to ensure the highest level of customer service to their clients.
Salary – £28,000 – £32,000 per annum DOE
Location – Remote working with occasional office visits, must be in accessible distance to Milton Keynes
The Role
Line manager a team of customer support advisors
Develop and coach members of your team
Manage training for your team
Run regular team meetings, one-to-ones, and appraisals
Maximise productivity and improve service delivery to achieve and exceed SLAs, OLAs and KPI targets
Act as an escalation point for customer issues and complaints
The Ideal Candidate
Fluent in spoken and written German and English
Previous Team Leader experience working within a Contact Centre, Call Centre, or similar environment
Passionate about mentoring and coaching people
Outstanding customer service skills
Experience working towards KPIs and SLAs
