Role: Charge Back Specialist
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £11.34 per hour (£23,500 based on 40 hour week.
Hours of work: 7am-4pm Mon-Fri (40 hours a week)
 
Centric Talent are delighted to be recruiting for Fluent Speaking German Customer Service advisors to join our clients Charge back team based in Milton Keynes.
Our client is a global digital payments provider with UK offices in Milton Keynes and Coventry, they have a real team ethos throughout the business and like to reward staff with recognition and ongoing training and development whilst working in a fast-paced fun environment.
 
About the role:

research and resolution of customer chargebacks.
detailed transaction research, analytical skills, and documentation of actions taken including phone calls to merchants, cardholders, and others as appropriate.
apply bank and card industry regulations and practices in resolving disputes. You may also compile aggregate statistics on charge backs for use by the company in identifying patterns and improving overall customer service.
Develop and apply the basic skills appropriate to research, process, and resolve chargeback/reversal requests.
Gather and analyse cardholder and/or merchant account transactions to determine if the disputed transactions are covered under federal regulations.
Organise supporting information and apply appropriate credit/debit adjustments to accounts based on the final result of arbitration.
Assist with the segmentation of pending requests from various work queues into the appropriate workflow based on request type and complexity
Skills and Experience
6 months customer service experience who ideally within a contact centre environment
Excellent IT skills, with an eye for detail
Experience working with card transaction role a distinct advantage.
Fluent verbally and written German language skills.
Ability to demonstrate putting customers first,
Motivational, inspirational, and results driven with a passion to succeed.
