We are currently looking for a Fraud Analyst to join the team based in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,467 per annum (£9.84 per hour), plus great benefits.

As our Fraud Analyst, you will investigate potential credit card fraud cases based on information received from the fraud detection system and analyse several aspects of account history, including payment and transaction history.
The role will be working 40 hours a week and flexibility is required between 7am-10pm Monday to Sunday.
Main responsibilities as our Fraud Analyst will include:
– Responding to 25 or more account inquiries per hour providing the merchants and cardholders of 5 or more assigned clients with standard/scripted responses to Service Level Agreement (SLA) defined alerts generated within the fraud detection queues
– Assisting with the completion of the lost stolen report, such as blocking and transferring compromised accounts to prevent further losses and fraudulent activity
– Building the credit card replacement orders and completing shipping materials
– Beginning to build knowledge and basic skills required to identify fraudulent credit card activity through training, research of department policies, procedures, external regulations and analytic techniques, and the expertise of more experienced fraud analysts
What we’re looking for in our Fraud Analyst:
– Ability to acquire and apply job skills and learn company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
– Experience working on assignments that are routine to semi?routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but able to recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Has little or no role in the decision?making
– Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments. Works under close supervision
