Due to the company's growth they are now looking for a new member of their ever-growing team with a passion for sales!

Your new job
The main purpose of the role is to service inbound and outbound customer contact at the maturity of a customer's finance agreement, whilst ensuring the delivery of an efficient, effective and high-quality service to customers, Retailers and key stakeholders. This is provided by outbound customer calling, inbound email management and end of contract processing.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone that has previous customer service experience, preferably within the finance industry. A keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail is a must! We need someone that is self-motivated with the ability to work within a pressurised environment whilst maintaining focus on personal, departmental and company objectives.
