Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Facilities Assistant based in Milton Keynes for a reputable professional organisation.

Summary of the Facilities Assistant role…

Salary: £24,000 per annum
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 35 hours working week, between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm

The role…

As the Facilities Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:

Complete daily checks list reception duties, maintain vending machines, assist with office moves, room setups and relocation, record keeping of COSHH consumables.
Security checks of the building and car park, including an escort service for colleagues concerned walking from the building to the car and supporting colleagues working late.
Painting and decorating, floor box moves, PAT Testing, laying carpet tiles, repair of desks and office equipment.
Carry out statutory checks such as BMS, water clarification and fire equipment tests.
The experience required…

As a successful Facilities Assistant, you will have the following:

Full clean current driving licence. 
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong IT skills including experience with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel. 
Solid work history. 
Experience within a similar role.
