Our client is looking for a number of evening Customer Service Advisors to start in January 2021.   These positions are maternity cover vacancies.
These role are based in Magna Park, MK17.
You will be required to answer, handle and accurately deal with a high volume of inbound enquiries, via both telephone and in written format such as email and social media.
Therefore, suitable candidates will possess the following:

Excellent Customer service skills
A good level of spelling and grammar
Good attention to detail A real can-do attitude and the ability to try to resolve a call first time round.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, to deal with telephone and email enquiries.
Working hours are 6pm-10pm Monday – Friday. These evening shifts are fixed and no flexibility can be offered,

Paying £9.24 per hour
